"Do not go here. As soon as my wife and I walked in, their dogs started barking at us by the door. We are also dog people, so we weren’t worried about the dogs barking inches from us. But we did look at the store person, who just said hi and got back to her phone at the counter. We figured we could just help ourselves, so took a step around the dogs. Then they bit my wife. She’s been bitten by dogs a few times through out her life, so she didn’t freak out or anything, but she managed to get away from the dogs. Then we told the person that the dogs bit us. she goes “oh, okay”. And got back to her phone. I mean, wouldn’t you think they’d try to get the dogs away? And perhaps apologize? We are not too concerned about biting itself, but one day they might bit a person who may report, and then the dogs will be put down. , I would not support pet store owners who are not responsible pet owners."

"I've been in twice now, after learning that the most advertized pet foods may not be the best. Both times help/information was readily available but pressure was non- existent. Everyone I've spoken with has been very knowledgable. Prices compare with online ones and the selection is huge. It has the feeling of a family owned business (good) and the personal attention, when wanted. With a new 8 month puppy, I was concerned about buying something that wasn't liked. Help was great. The comment someone made about not bringing your own dog makes sense since there are 2 store dogs already there. They are very friendly but won't annoy. I strongly recommend the place and will be buying my dog food here from now on."
