"The best customer service I have ever received. 6 years ago while on vacation, I made the mistake of going swimming in a chlorine pool with my pandora bracelet on. I assumed it was a lost cause after no pandora store I went to was able clean/restore my bracelet and charms. Thats until I met Dani at the Olympia mall location whiles I was shopping for a bridal shower gift. Dani urged me to bring it in so she could have a look. Not only did she look but she had the patience to restore my bracelet which I know took time to do. Thanks Dani for been an amazingly kind human with a passion for excellent customer service. My husband and I are truly grateful ❤️"
