"Excellent! Kari is no-nonsense, practical, and accommodating to one's individual needs and abilities. She won't waste your time or your investment. She won't kill you. You won't feel ashamed of being out of shape. If you're a gym-rat accustomed to gauging your progress by how much weight you can bench or squat or curl . . . this is going to be different . . . and probably a lot better. She's going to focus in on balance, flexibility, and several core-centered exercises - most of which can be done at home with minimal equipment investment. She'll teach you how to think about the workout; how to focus in on the muscles being used; to concentrate on proper form and balance. Exercise needs to be a habit; a consistent routine to be effective and finding the motivation to maintain a routine that may be inherently unpleasant is where most fail. You do see results here and you'll see that it won't be impractical to continue seeing results. Like I said, she won't kill you. ... A kick-in-the-butt workout is great but Kari is going to teach you something you can actually sustain, and will thus serve you for the long term. BTW, I'm sure Kari can give you a kick-in-the-butt workout if you're ready for it. She's going to tailor the session(s) to your needs in any event."
