"$300-$400 more then they quoted in One week, I called the office the lady told me the price change every day. I understand for little bit but from between $800-$900 to almost $1300 ? And supposed 2hrs job charged 3hrs. I’ll never be back."
"I called all around to find someone to fix my massive leak in the waterline in the yard. Gallow & Smith were the first who could come. They did a great job of beating expectations by being early and doing the job for a very reasonable price. I'll remember them next time I've had some plumbing that needs doing."
"Yikes... we had our water heater installed by this company and because of faulty wiring on the installation, it blew a fuse. It almost destroyed the entire unit and since it happened on a weekend we had to call a ‘licensed’ electrician to do an emergency fix for $500. In addition, the pipes were not installed correctly which would have led to contaminated water in my home had an actual professional not notified me. The installer also used my husbands tools without putting them back or asking to use them. The owner came out to fix the pipes, admitted fault, but is still charging me the full $500 bill. I called to resolve it since we had all come to the agreement this was not our fault, and the owner refuses to call me back. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney general, if other families have contaminated water in their homes and are at risk of fire or damaged units because of untrained installers, others have a right to know about it. Please do what is right and call your customers back to resolve complaints instead of refusing to do so. And please contact previous customers that may have had the same ‘service’ we had."

"Gallow & Smith where the second bid I received for my kitchen plumbering issues. The frist was going to be over $1000 and a week or 2 before getting started. Bob came out looked at it and quoted around $300 and asked if I wanted him to fix it then and there. I was extremely happy with the service, work and friendliness of Gallow & Smith. They will forever be my go to plumbers. Thank you!"
