"After getting a recommendation for Jay, I was hoping for a better outcome. We had some minor work done and I was quoted a much lower rate than what was emailed to me . I realize things happen and a quote is just an estimate, but this was almost twice as much. I asked for an itemized list and after asking 3 additional times, I received the itemized bill. The job should not have exceeded 3 hours, according to Jay, but we were billed for 5 1/2 . We had waited 2 weeks for the itemized bill, received it on a Monday and were called and demanded payment the following day."

After playing phone tag, we finally got something scheduled and they did a great job on the project. As we are doing a full remodel, we have since tried getting Jay's back for some other small jobs. The day before the appointment, Jay's called and said they may have to cancel, but would let me know for sure the morning of the appointment. They never called and they didn't show up.
