"Worst experience with the Coach who lacks basic quality of a teacher" patience". The new and young coach has zero tolerance towards kids, she was so cold and so impatient with the kid and the parent on the first day, she acted as if she was doing a favor teaching kids. I wonder how could the management recruit someone like that to teach kids under 5, And the front desk never responds to any feedback. To most of the kids it is their first step towards finding their interest in something and that is taken away from them. so please save your time and money and go to a more sensible place. I would not have given a star just gave it to write the feedback."

"Horrible staff and organization. They continued to mess up our classes and make up classes and then blamed us for it. Then when I spoke to management they say “your account makes no sense”. Mind you, they do all the schedule. There are a few good coaches but most don’t really care and have little experience with toddlers. I witnessed one coach yelling at a kid for not paying attention. The people who run the place are very rude. Don’t go here."
