"I had taken Charlie to Petco for many years and they would always clipper him for me. I took a break because they would keep him for 4 hours and it was stressful for him. We decided to go back and the groomer argued with me and wouldn't clip him. Why could he get clipped then but not now?"

"The best thing Petco could do is fire the lazy grooming staff they have and hire some people that want to work. As we all know living in Sequim is hard right now with all the road construction and accidents so this grooming facility should understanding when someone is late. I tried to call, text and email to let them know I was stuck in traffic but close by. I received no response and when I got there the two groomers are goofing off outside and not working. They say they can only see two of my three dogs as they gave away my third appt. I asked them why they didn't call me before they did that, which is good customer service, but they just shrugged their shoulders. I then proceeded to tell them I tried to call them too and they never answer so I feel like they should have called before they gave away my appts especially when I had three appts. They then said they could see two of the three and not the third dog until a month from now. Which I felt was ridiculous. So I told them that I would just use someone else who wanted to provide good service for their customers and pets. I hope they recognize why their paychecks are low, because they made the choice not to work. If this had been my employees I would have fired them because why pay them to turn away business."
