The institution offers week-long workshops every summer, where participants can earn 3 graduate credits through Seattle Pacific University.

The workshops include a wide variety of fun and innovative activities for teachers K-12, focusing on maximum participation for all ability and age levels. From quick warm-up and cool down activities to hand/eye/foot coordination exercises, the classes cover a range of skills needed for various sports.
