"Update - High marks for the CEO of the company out of Bellingham. She reached out just after all of this happened and we reached an agreement at that time. It is June and the taxes are now being worked on. I really miss our old firm, Homchick Smith & Associates!! This company merged with them the first of 2023.. They have had the information for our company since Feb 9th - and just told us Mar 31st that they are NOT going to take care of our taxes. Corporate taxes are due March 15th.. After several requests, I did at least obtain a copy of the corporate extension - seems they filed it on Feb 17th - I don't think they wanted us to know it had been planned to not work on our taxes at all! The Owners' extension was never filed, leaving the Owner in a predicament! Talk about poor communication and leaving us in a mess. No denying, our account is complicated. Even though they say that they handle complicated... Don't be fooled.. they said the work was too hard for them - even though the $10k+ bill of last year was going to increase, it is still too hard. They dropped us after a month and a half of pretending to be doing something. I don't know about the other branches, but this company in Wenatchee is not to be trusted!"
