"If anybody is trying to take out a loan for a vehicle or any personal reason do not choose this Credit Union, I repeat do not use this Credit Union. There staff and some young buck CEO Brandon, has no idea what he is doing, as I talked with him in the lobby, he's a pretty boy. They have been surviving off scraps of WECU for years and really don't care. With a 782 credit score they asked me how long I thought I was going to be at my current position at Whole Foods. Maybe a new loan officer, but I'm 64 years old, I did get approved for the loan but WECU down the street beat it by a mile, and I sure like all the locations they have, these ICU people are ants. Good luck!"
