Petco Grooming

"Morgan the groomer completely shaved my dogs tail. It was long hair like a ship tzu tail. I knew it had two mats that could have just been cut out. The tail hair would have been thin but still there. When I picked him up, she said the entire tail was matted and she had to shave all of it. She did not call or text, she just shaved it without asking if it was ok. I am beyond livid. In the 10.5 years he has been going to a groomer, this has Never happened. Had I seen him before I paid, I never would have tipped her. I will use petco grooming again but I absolutely will not use or recommend her."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Petco grooming has always been great in my experience, however, this store’s staff specifically is inexcusably subpar. Jessica has wasted multiple weeks of my family’s time from her ineptitude, excuses and rescheduling. If your dog has separation anxiety, do not expect them to cater to them in the slightest. I couldn’t walk back to my car before they called me back saying they were denying me because of my dog’s anxiety. This has happened twice at this store and has never happened at any other petco in the 5 years my dog has been getting groomed. Complete embarrassment to the Petco brand; a waste of my time and my dogs grooming health."
