"Worst experience ever. Told I could skip a payment. They ran hard credit pull for a $150.00 payment then changed payment date as well as amount. Customer service is a joke. Then their app tells you you've made to many attempts every time I try to use it. I'd borrow money from a load shark first. They've screwed my credit rating twice in 1.5 years . Shifty company"

"LIARS! Inquired about a loan, was told it would be no problem, needed to provide proof of my new job and first pay stub. Provided the documents and they changed the terms and requested more documents and a longer time period paystub, even though we had explicitly discussed otherwise. This was already enough for me to choose to not do business with this dishonest company. No contact, then I get letters in the mail saying I've been declined. Misspelled my name. I don't know any Jashuas, do you? Never even got to the point where I find out what kind of ridiculous interest rate they were going to try to charge me. Got the money I needed elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time, lying to me and hitting my credit with multiple inquiries."
