"Paramount Martial Arts is an amazing karate academy, that teaches core values that impact every day of your life. Paramount is not just a karate academy, they also teach important life skills like self confidence, communication, self discipline, courtesy, respect, mindfulness of others, observing your surroundings, and self defense. My daughter has been a student since she was six years old and is now eleven. When she started attending Paramount Martial Arts Academy she was also attending physical and occupational therapy. We were dealing with extreme body awareness issues and major coordination problems as well as hypo sensory disorder. After a short time at Paramount Academy it wasn’t just us who noticed a change in our little girl. The physical and occupational therapist both noticed major improvements in our daughter a couple months after starting. Both therapists also released her from therapy a few months after joining Paramount. Our daughter has since grown from a “Little Dragon” at six years old, learning the very basics of karate, to a full red belt who has the self confidence to help lead other students. I also cannot say enough positives about Sifu Fox. He appears young, but exhibits the confidence and leadership qualities of someone much older. Sifu Fox has not only instructed my daughter in learning karate, but has also helped with issues in life that needed disciple and consequences. Sifu Fox is a patient, but firm instructor who takes a personal interest in each and every student. Sifu helps boasts student accomplishments, and cheers on their accomplishments both inside and outside Paramount Martial Arts. There is a place for everyone at Paramount Martial Arts.
