"I had a wonderful experience with Fly Guys Roofing for gutter cleaning and repair and roof cleaning. Leah was my point of contact. She is very professional, responsive, and intent on providing customers excellent service. After the gutter repair, a complication arose which caused a water leak. Leah reacted quickly and got someone back out, as well as coming out herself to verify everything was resolved. The team did a wonderful job explaining what happened and resolving the issue quickly. Lastly, a portion of the work was not completed at the initially scheduled time. I was unaware, and had I not been notified likely would not have noticed for some time. Leah, however, immediately highlighted the remaining work and worked with me to find a time for someone to come back out to finish this last work item. Fly Guys arrived at 8 a.m., here on San Juan Island and completed the work a little after 5 p.m. Not only was the work first rate, no corners cut, but they left the landscape and deck even more pristine than before. They even roofed the well house and repaired a tricky down spout. And they were cheerful and accommodating throughout.
