"I brought my mother who is 96 years old to see them to have her will redone. I was told to pay $400 up at the time of the first meeting which I agreed to. That was on a Wednesday afternoon I contacted them again on Monday to check the progress and was told that they had customers in front of me and they would get started on it soon. I received an email with the will to go over it with my mother fo mer approval. I called them back to let them know that it was wrong they listed an ex brother-in-law as one of my mother's dead children which is not the case it was his wife. When I mentioned the condo to them I was told they didn't even know she had a condo and how are they supposed to know. I was in transfer to the attorney who told me I could not be in the room when she did the will which I'd already understood. I was then told they would give my 96-year-old mother half her money back which they did. I asked them to send a note to my mother explaining to her why she only gets half her money back and no will. I was then told that they will have no further contact with me. If they will do this to a 96-year-old woman I guess that pretty much makes everybody open game for them. I only wish there was something somebody could do to stop this person from doing things like this to vulnerable people."
