While we appreciate the opportunity to respond to negative reviews, that task is impossible when the poster is anonymous. None of the posts appear to have come from clients. All of the posts appear to have been made simply to cause harm to our business. So we have decided to post this and request that the posts be removed. If the posts are not removed then we intend to seeking the identity of the individuals who posted the reviews.
