I was told it "it was probably because there weren't funds in the account". There was plenty in the account and my bank rep told me that was not the case. I called and emailed willing to share proof there were funds in my account. The only thing I heard back was, "if you extend your membership, we'll refund you"."

"Coming here for over a year. Love it. The staff is amazing, the gym itself is always clean. Everything is very well maintained. I have often seen someone in the morning cleaning keeping things fresh. Lots of different classes offered. From cycling to yoga and Pilates. I also love that there have basically been no wait times ever to either go run or lift. Great gym!"

"Nice equipment but the facilities are small, lots of people, and the bathroom and shower facilities are poor. It makes it hard to leave from there for work after my work out. Highest gym prices around. Not the best value."
