"In 2019 my (soon to be) wife and I had just moved back to Seattle and had busy jobs. We were eating out too much and too late in the day. Honest to Goodness immediately helped us take better control of what we ate and when, while seriously leveling up the “delicious” factor. We quickly found ourselves looking forward to Monday mornings with Chef Stacey. She would arrive with fresh ingredients, prepare and cook our meals for the week, and then leave our kitchen clean and tidy. Honest to Goodness also catered several gatherings during our wedding weekend and when Chef Stacey was on parental leave provided excellent backup chefs. The food is always delicious, the chefs are always professional, and our lives have been simplified and made much healthier by Honest to Goodness. Highly recommended!"

"I hired Laura to prepare meals for a knitting retreat near Mount Rainier. She easily created a menu that took into account a variety of dietary restrictions -- no small feat! She and Chef Athena came early on Monday to prepare all the meals and snacks through breakfast Thursday. They helped us with the service for dinner Monday and then left clearly labeled trays with instructions for any of the dishes that needed to be reheated. The food was all incredibly delicious! I especially loved the lemon lavender cake and the Chicken Marbella with olives and prunes. I would not hesitate to hire Honest To Goodness for a future event and wished I lived in Seattle and could take advantage of their regular services."

"Hiring an Honest to Goodness Personal Chef for our event was the best decision we made. The entire evening was perfect and the food was delicious. Rachel was our chef and she was fantastic! She created a menu that was perfect for our event and every single thing she made was amazing. Can't say enough about how much fun this was and the service was top notch. "Honest to Goodness was a terrific experience from our first inquiry to the day after the event! Shannon, the Director of Operations, was super responsive and listened to our needs. She paired us with a fabulous chef - Chef Tristina. Chef Tristina likewise responded promptly, set up a call to discuss our dinner event, and listened well to what we would like. She showed up right on time and quickly got to work. She was pleasant to chat with, and took care of EVERYTHING! She even sliced the grapes that were out so that the toddlers could enjoy! Everyone (we had a party of 12 adults) was SO impressed with how beautiful everything looked and the attention to detail that Chef Tristina had - including a nice menu she created as a keepsake for each guest. The table setting and the plating were fabulous, and the courses were delicious. She even baked rosemary biscuits to go with our meal - so yummy! Best of all, in my opinion, was the ability to sit with our extended family and truly visit with them while Chef Tristina took care of the rest - we all enjoyed the sound of dishes being done while none of us were in the kitchen :). My kitchen was left meticulous, as if she was never there. When we received our invoice, we were pleased that Chef Tristina made sure our event was carried out completely in budget. What a fun experience - I definitely recommend Honest to Goodness and Chef Tristina!"
