"They delivered to the wrong street address. My package required signature and they failed to get signature especially since they delivered to the wrong address. When I called to ensure that they knew I worked with the homeowner that delivered from a half mile away who was kind enough to deliver my package. Andre's could not be bothered to actually work through it but wanted me to text them the information for later because they could not find a pen. I would not suggest anybody use this service."
