Langley Post Office

"worthless service, especially the weekends. seems postal workers refuse to tackle bumps in the road and even when they insist we BUY a new box to satisfy their massive problems doing their jobs, they re fuse to DELIVER IT. Worthless."

"It's only Langley post office that is terrible. Never have had any problems with Clinton and Freeland post office's. Twice they have given my packages to the wrong person."

"Happy to write 5 star all the way. Got a notice that my package was delivered to my home. It was not. Talked with my mail person and he remembered seeing the package. He told me he would double check. He did and asked me to call the Langley office with my tracking number. I did. They were super kind on the phone, helpful, and I learned some things. They have 4 different places to check tracking numbers due to all the different packages they now carry. Christine tracked my package, found that it had been delivered. She then GEO tracked it. The geo tracking told her that the truck had dropped it off at a home whose address was 1 digit different than mine. She told me I could check with my neighbor and if I did not get good results, the post office would handle it. Happily, my neighbor returned my package to the post office and my mail person redelivered it to my home. Above and beyond for an address mix up and I learned about geo tracking."

"The worst post office I've ever dealt with hands down and have experienced all that people have shared. Packages run smoothly through the postal service till they hit Langley and get delayed for weeks at times. When I attempted to go personally pick them up I'm told there is nothing they can do. Absolutely horrible customer service and they act like you owe them."

"I agree with what others have said here. I have never experienced such a lack of integrity or care from any other post office. My carrier never leaves slips when a package can’t be delivered, so I basically have to intuit (and watch for online notifications) for when I need to go to the post office,,, or sometimes I’ll get a delivery notification when it has not been delivered. A few weeks ago a carrier literally threw a package of mine over my fence instead of leaving it at the gate. I would really love to be able to trust my post office again but the Langley folks are making it difficult."
