"I didn’t tape the box in case they ask what is inside and the senior colleague there refused to tape the box. I had to drive back home 10 miles to tape the box and return. I am a tax payer and this is what kind of customer service we get. What a shame."

"They have marked my address vacant now for the third time despite filling out all the paperwork online, going into the post office and verifying our IDs and going to the post office again and filling out the green form. After receiving mail for about a month we have been marked vacant again. They also never pick up a phone. I asked an employee why last time I was there and he said we just don’t do it."
"Lost my businesses mail. Moved to a new location & submitted a change of address request 1 month in advance. We specified the date for the forwarding to begin (which was 2 weeks ago). We have not received any mail & when we contacted GH post office, they do not know where 2 weeks of our mail is at. It’s not at the old address either."
