One of the great things I love about this company is I don't have to deal with IT when it comes to customer service. I get to talk to a real live person. My dad is 86 his only source of heat is propane. In the midst of dealing with all the health issues we overlooked checking the propane level it was out 100% out. Their standard procedure is up to 7 days for reorder. I received a phone call that they had shuffled things around and made an exception and within 24 hours my dad's protein tank was filled.
