"I contacted Mr. Senescu to help me out with filing a restraining order to protect my elderly father, from someone that had moved into his life via an interent chat board. The team did a great job of explaining the process and were very clear on what they needed , and what the next steps were. Jim even drove through a Portland snowstorm to make sure all parties signed the appropriate documentation. The two things that I appreciated most about working with Jim, was 1. He told me up front that this was going to be a difficult time (which it was), and that things will get better as we move through the proceedings (which was also true). For what we needed done, I thought it would be more, but it was fair and reasonable. "Attorneys in this particular firm have no interest in clients needs or what is best for the client they care only about being paid and have absolutely no interest in caring for what your situation is actually about as long as they get their paycheck.
