"My family and I have had a very difficult time getting the final documents to close our parents estate from Samuel. From Janury to now (mid July) we've made weekly phones calls and sent numerous emails with almost no response. He does occasionally tell my sister he will have the final documents to her for review "this Friday". Every Friday comes and goes, with no documentation or response. It's a simple estate . He has had the case for 2 years. The courts show the cases as archived. We would like this wrapped up ASAP."
