"Definitely five star. My property had not been surveyed since 1860. Chris had to go back to 1916 to find markers. My neighbors made it very difficult to place the markers. Police had to be called to finish the job. Chris and his helper were on time, professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend there services to anyone. My advice is, if your real-estate agent says you don't need a survey, find a new relator."
