"DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Told my elderly grandpa they delivered propane to his vacation home in December. They billed him and he paid but they never delivered. They were supposed to deliver today and check his tank (confirmed this with them) and they never delivered. Absolutely terrible customer service cannot believe they lied about a delivery but were happy to collect payment."

"Suburban Propane tested our propane system and found a small leak in the system and were able to tighten up a fitting and fix the system. The Technician had a heck of a day with road delays and other things and arrived late in the afternoon. He was energetic and has a wonderful personality and taught me some things I did not know about propane systems and how to check the system myself. Thanksgiving week the tank truck arrived and filled the tank I am impressed with the technician and the local office with great service and the home office for follow up and scheduling. You guys have my business from now on."
