"They sent out a 2 man crew to deliver our new couch yesterday. After taking one look at the path it would go down into our basement, I was told it would not fit. We had taken exact measurements to make sure it would fit because we had been without a couch for 6 months. They did try 3 times; with packaging, one angle without, and another angle without. We told them to just leave it upstairs and we’d try for ourselves. We got it down first try without any fuss. I’m not impressed with this company."

"Terrible service wouldn't not use! Movers arrived 3 hours late! Over charged us by 3 hours and when we called to complain; Oscar, refused to take it seriously...overall very disappointing would NEVER use again!"

"Absolutely horrible service! Had a package to be delivered. Company cancelled on first delivery window due to inclement weather, which was understandable. Subsequently, set up another delivery window. A day before they sent a notice that the window was modified. Informed company that no one would be home at that time. Company just said that their delivery windows are geographically based and that they could not guarantee any delivery times till the day before. Had to cancel purchase altogether. Rude, unprofessional customer service."

"They called me as soon as my Furniture arrived in their facility and scheduled delivery within a few days. Excellent communication with a confirmation the day before and a text when they were 1/2 hour away. The delivery folks were fantastic, very polite and got the job done quickly. Thanks!"

"Horrible communication and customer service. Ordered a couch from Amazon and evidently they were the chosen carrier for delivery (not MY choice). I got a notice that the couch would be delivered on a specific date and so I took that day off work (BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK WEEKENDS) and then got 2 different notifications from Amazon that it would be delivered on a different day, so I put myself back on the schedule. Just got confirmation from CBC that it is arriving on the original day. So now I get to call out AND deduct a day of pay so that I can accommodate their conflicting delivery schedule. Use a mover that a) communicates clearly with all parties and b) can deliver on a weekend. Isn't that typically when people move anyway? UPDATE: they saw yet another horrible review and called -- did they call to say they would reschedule my delivery? Nope - just reiterated that "we don't work on weekends AT ALL". Super unhelpful. I wish I could drop another star."
