He said he'd see what diagnosis he could perform in given time and immediately went to work. Two hours later, he explained that the problems would require time to correct but since machine was under warranty, I could get it fixed or replaced at home. Summary: What impressed me most when I entered dot.help was the appearance of Phil's shop - IMMACULATE! Every "project" in the work area laid out on a long table each one separated from the other. It looked like an operating room. The second thing that impressed me was Phil's customer service skills. When I told him I had two hours, he was willing to give it a shot when the easy answer would have been a laugh and a "No way before next week at the earliest" You just don't find such "can do" service nowadays. Or if you do, you know straight away that the cost "for this special service" will be prohibitive. Re the negative reviews, I'd need to hear "the rest of the story." I can't imagine we're talking about the same Phil Leavens I did business with last week.."
