"I wish I could give this business a (minus 5) stars. And the truth is it deserves a whole lot less. I too have been a long-time customer when Molly owned the business as Mail Too and she and her employees were fantastic. There were never any problems at all. Since Mail Plus took over, it has been disastrous. They are the most HORRIBLE people to deal with, they are dishonest in every way. Our service includes package receiving and sure enough as soon as we renewed our box, we were told that every single package they accept for us will cost an additional $3.00! What a scam. This is not even legal, because our contract states clearly that this is part of our service; but more than that it is just a plain dishonest and low-down way to do business. We are already shopping around for a new location and I suggest I save yourself pain, heartache and lots of money my finding a reputable place to do business with. :("
