"This brings me no joy, having to give one Star to my local usps, but after multiple packages getting soaked, why is it so difficult for the carrier to walk a couple more steps to the door, where it’s visibly dry? At a certain point it’s almost malicious, going to go in and talk to postmaster and hopefully change this to a 5 star afterwards, but I’ll leave it for now."

"The person who delivers our mail has skipped our house several times if he doesn't have mail for us but I have had mail waiting to be picked up that is time sensitive several time's. I understand they have quite the work load but picking up our mail is part of the job right? Or do we all now need to take all outgoing mail to the post office...?"
