"We bought a washer and dryer from lowes. Has this company deliver them. Lowes told me they would arrive between 2pm and 6pm. They arrived at noon. One guy had very bad body oder and he needs to buy himself a belt. I should not see his crack the whole time. The other guy didn't seem like he wanted to be there and work. They did NOT install my dryer nor leave me the cord to install it ourselves. My husband has no idea how to install it. Would definitely not recommend their delivery service."

"I would like to commend 12th Man Delivery for a job well done. They delivered my Costco purchase today. The 2 gentlemen were professional, courteous, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use their services again and also highly recommend their services."

"Costco sub-contracted delivery and installation of my washer and dryer to 12th Man Delivery. They showed up three hours early and impatient. They started the job, disconnecting my old appliances. They claimed they couldn't get them through my exterior basement door, and claimed they couldn't get my door down. They wanted to leave the appliances on my porch, uninstalled. (I want them in my house, installed.) After my family got the door down, 12th Man Delivery threw a fit and started cursing my wife. I told them to leave my house and they didn't comply. After leaving, one of them came back in to curse me. And they refused to identify themselves. At the end of this I don't have my new appliances, my old appliances are no longer connected, and my exterior basement door is down. Oh, and to add to all of this, one of them kept taking of his mask in my house."

"Just about 30 minutes ago this delivery truck came to our rural road to make a delivery to one of our neighbors. They got our attention because the driver of the truck sped down the road kicking up a lot of dust. Then they skidded to a stop at the end of the road and turned around. Normally, this wouldn't have been a big deal except the driver was burning out and spinning tires, basically attempting to do a giant cookie with a big delivery truck. Then they sped back down the road again. This got my attention and the attention of other neighbors. I and one of my neighbors stopped the driver and attempted to gather their information and make them aware of our concerns. They basically laughed and drove off, nearly hitting my neighbor with the mirror of their truck. The truck kicked up a bunch more dust as they sped off. When they drove away, I could see the back of the truck was open and filled with appliances and mattresses. This is totally ridiculous! As someone who used to work in the delivery business, I understand being underpaid and under the gun to get work done, but you have to be reasonable and understand that people live on these roads and streets. I'm not normally someone who complains about stuff. But I work tirelessly to maintain this road for our community and someone tearing it up is hard to ignore. We are going to find out who they were making deliveries for and lodge a complaint with that company. We are also lodging complaints with 12th Man Delivery LLC and will likely contact the Sheriff's Office. If you are getting deliveries from this company, know that they seemingly have blatant disregard for you, your property, and your neighbors. I can't be sure, but I'm believe this is one of the contract companies who delivers for big box stores. I would make sure you know who is making deliveries for you and watch out for this company. Unless you want your new fridge or mattress delivery to cause problems with your neighbors."
