"Grady Martin accepted my tough and challenging claim to L&I. From that moment on, he studied my case and was in charge of the entire process of my medical treatment, rehabilitation, medications, adequate psychological assistance, transport documentation, etc. I also managed to obtain my refund of a missing percentage of my checks for time loss — the fair amount by law of my time loss check. He attended and answered all my doubts and concerns throughout this process, with his staff form a great well-coordinated team. Mr. Grady Martin is a legal professional who handles legal matters with conviction, warmth, with a vocation for service, social sensitivity and closeness with people, which has allowed me to regain hope to lead a better quality life, Mr. Martín exceeded my expectations. "I contacted Grady Martin back in 2012 for help in Workers Comp case. He turn me down because he won’t represent someone who disputes Time Loss compensation amount calculated by Department of L&I. After short preparation representing myself I appealed the BIIA decision to Superior Court where I was awarded additional $16K of my wages. Despite he didn’t want to represent me the first time before I left his office he promised to take the case when financial part will be taking care of. So taking his early promise as an honest one I called him again in the same claim but different issue to heard then get in writing that he “is unable to represent… at this time” again. But “fell free to contact me again if you situation changes” he wrote in his letter. After I thought my situation changed significantly I called him to retain representation in same workers comp case, but this time he made definitive sound that he will not represent me. I think it is multi structural phobia and deep prejudice mix with criminal mind. Saying so I’ve to pointed that lawyer who may see fraud and doesn’t act upon should be not only question, but also hold responsible."
"Mr. Grady is a very respectful man and he looks out for your well-being and your best interest. Remember he works for you not the other way around."
