"Rob Trickler needs to stop yelling at his clients in the hallway of Snohomish County Courthouse! Not only is it extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, it violates attorney/client confidentiality. Furthermore, the courthouse allows any taxpayer to record what is happening everywhere except inside the courtroom. Hence, there could be recordings of Rob's ranting at his clients in the corridors and hallways. FYI, I'm sure there must be attorneys out there who actually respect their clients and understand the client can fire their attorney at any time. The professional rules of conduct state that attorneys should be treating all parties with courtesy and respect. If your attorney treats the judges/commissioners better than he does you, it might be time for a different attorney."

"Thanks to the cooperation of a learned and very cooperative Attorney, Mr. Rob has given relief in just a few days from the tenant who has been troubling my wife for the past 8 years. My wife does not know much English, that's why the tenant always harassed her due to rent. He then advised me to have my upstairs tennants write an affidavit explaining the situation. I then contacted him the following week with the completed affidavit! He explained to me that his secretary had contracted covid 19 and that it might take over a week to get the paperwork completed. I agreed to it and waited till the following tuesday with no response. I then decided to reach out to Rob again calling him that day and two days later with no responses what so ever. I then realized after spending two weeks of my time waiting that Rob Trickler was not going to help! I then hired John P Livingston up in whatcom county and had my case wrapped up in a little less then a month with the drug addicts out of my home! I understand that things happen like your secretary getting covid! But the problem here is he just dodged my phone calls and wasted my time for 2 weeks instead of properly communicating like a man and being a professional about it!"

"Not ever having the training needed to be a successful landlord, I took it upon myself to handle the paperwork on my own. I mean how hard could it be, just fill out the papers and everything would work out fine. Not true! I rented to a co-worker and his family, who took advantage of my ignorance and proceeded to destroy my property, not to mention not paying rent. With the rental papers not completed, not to mention incorrectly filled out, I entered Rob’s office with head held low and feeling defeated. Rob and his assistant went through the mess and went straight to work. When all was said and done, he successfully evicted my renters. It was not until we started talking about how reasonably priced our attorneys are, that we discovered that we were talking about the same attorney, Rob Trickler. The renters have gone from my house, but they are still causing issues. I feel blessed that I have found an attorney that will not drop you as soon as the eviction is completed, but will be in the fight for the long haul. Thank you, Rob.
