Reviews of Casey Law PLLC
"I cannot recommend Chris Casey of Casey Law highly enough. After a long and stressful three-year lawsuit against a major developer, Chris led us to a significant victory, securing over $2 million in damages for the Suntop Farms residents. His dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his clients shone through every step of the way. Chris took on a giant in the industry and won, not just for us, but as a statement for homeowners everywhere facing similar challenges. His work has restored our homes and our faith in justice. If you're looking for an attorney who fights tirelessly for what's right, Chris Casey is the one you want on your side."
"Mr. Casey represented me, along with 70 other homeowners, in a mass action case against a real estate developer/builder for defective construction and breach of the Consumer Protection Act. The case took almost 3 years, and we prevailed (won!). I have a background in real estate and have worked with many attorneys over the past 20 years, representing clients through transactions, acting as Power of Attorney, handling the closings/title work, amongst other things. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Casey's professional decorum. He communicated regularly and often, updating all of us on the ups and downs of the case, polling us to see where our will was in regard to settling (if a realistic opportunity arose, which it did with one of the contractors right before the trial), and made himself available throughout the case to answer questions, whether by email or a phone call. The amount he collected from each homeowner at the beginning of the case (the money we each paid to join the lawsuit) was so minimal-- way less than an attorney charges a client to prepare closing documents or review contracts!) and I kept expecting that we would each have to come up with more as the case dragged on into a full 3 years. But we were never asked for more, which is just unheard of in this day and age in the legal industry. (He collects fees from the final award, as a percentage, which is referred to as "contingency fees.") What also made an impression (a very good one) is the way he conducted himself in the hearings and trial. He was respectful to all parties, not belittling the witnesses he examined or cross examined, he made each of us that testified very much at ease, and he did not irritate or pander to the panel of arbitrators (Judges). These qualities were in stark contrast to the mannerisms of the counsel (attorneys) representing the other side (the builder) and I believe that his humble and down-to-earth approach made a significant difference during the trail. It lets the facts and evidence speak for themselves."
"Poor communication and a waist of our time. We contacted Chris 3 months ago while seeking help with a construction defect issue in our home. Chris told us he was currently on trial and to reach back out in approximately one month and he will be able to assist us in our case. After one month, we reached back out and Chris requested more time as his trial extended. We then reached out again after a few weeks as he requested, at this time no response. We then waited a week and called him personally and he then told us he can’t help us as he has bigger cases to focus on. Chris had us on hold for 3 months and then blew us off. This was very inconsiderate of him and we are back to square one as we trusted and waited for him to help us. Unless you have a big case, don’t waist your time. He does not consider you as valuable to him otherwise."
"Wow this is amazing news. Thank you so much Chris, Anne and any of the team that helped see this through. You guys have definitely shown perseverance and grit pays off. This is definitely a great update to get on my Monday. Have a great rest of your week and I’m sure we will all be anxiously waiting the final verdict. Troy & Jessica"
"My husband and I are first time home buyers. We are both military and needed to purchase a home unseen but Chris helped us. He also personally called us to let us know he won our case. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
