"The place, POSTNET is great, but Amazon sucks. I wanted to return a gift (the return was already processed), and Amazon doesn't allow a UPS drop-off sight like this one to scan the QR code (I had already processed the return online) and print the label!!! The closest ACTUAL UPS store is 45 minutes away! The lady at PostNet did her best to help me out, including finding the phone number so I could call Amazon...3 times, because the first time, the customer service person was just about ready to send me a text so I could print out the label, but we were disconnected. The second time, the woman wouldn't listen to what I was trying to explain about the first phone call. So she got mad at me and put me on mute until I hung up. The lady at PostNet said I was being very nice on the phone and didn't deserve that! Anyway, that's enough complaining about amazon. PostNet is great, and the people there are always very friendly and helpful."
