However, since they're only open in late afternoons, I had to make a special trip, over twenty minutes each way, to drop my package off."

"This UPS location does a really poor job of communicating service hours to the community. We always see 3-5+ different postings of different hours on the door, or near it, or around inside. On top of that, the hours on google maps never match their actual hours. I'll be suggesting the edit today. So, during the last Winter holiday season we called to ask if they were open, and was told that as long as the door was open, someone would help us. Everytime we needed to send a package here, we would just show up and hope that the door was open. We were never denied service thankfully, but we had to drive quite a ways to get there without knowing. Today I went in around 6:30pm to make an Amazon return and was denied for the first time. Their hours changed today, and they were not willing to accept the return despite the door being open (as we were told in the past). I just said okay and asked for their new hours (attached image), was told they're understaffed, and left. So it seems like they're being strict about sticking to the hours now, which I respect. However, This is the only UPS location that accepts amazon returns in our community (sometimes Amazon doesn't let me choose any other business to make returns with), so we really need better communication about their hours along with any changes. Especially with how small the window is now. There's a lot of people who work these hours in our community, and may find this inaccessible now. I also do not know if these new hours are for everyday, or if they are closed some days. It wouldn't hurt to call before making the trip if you live further out like me."
