He patiently explained all the features for different brands and models and never pressured me to buy one or the other. He was very accommodating in scheduling the delivery during my lunch break and delivered it within couple of days. The salesman, Richard was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and helped me find the best one for me and when it came to the delivery of it, the installer Toy and his son were very nice, polite and professional. Overall, great experience from begining to end. Now, I had a small noise issue coming from my machine. I thought it would go away, but it did not. I called the store and Richard took my call, but was unable to determine the issue over the phone. He was kind enough to come by after hours to look at it. He was able to quickly determine the issue and make an adjustment to solve the noise issue, then showed me how to adjust the belt & tighen the belt over time. The level of customer service from Richard at Fitness Outlet was outstanding even when we had an issue. I highly recommend him if you are looking any fitness equipment."
