"I've been into the tukwilla store multiple times for skates for myself and the family. Gotten new hockey gear and accessories, every single time I've been in there all the workers were super helpful and answer any and all questions I have had. The manager is a super friendly helpful guy. Prices are normal as would be expected... sure maybe cheaper online but that's with everything... I will continue to go back"
"Postives: they have lots of overpriced inventory with a loyalty program on par with McDonalds. NEGATIVES: Sticks...Bauer Proto R number 1# lasted 12 days. Warranty!. Number 2 # lasted 14 days. NO warranty from Pure Hockey or Bauer. Approx - $35 in materials which sells for $359 and is imported from Thailand. Go figure. Conclusion: Find your size at Pure... then buy online. Roll your own stick or buy noname custom-built ones. Much better quality control than Bauer."
"Super helpful! Just went to get upgraded skates. The staff (Drew) spent a lot of time answering questions, scanning my feet for sizing, and had me try on a couple of different sets of skates to find the perfect fit. Thanks a lot!"
