"Hey, if you're going to advertise something as "on sale"- you should at least list the date the sale ends. Or respond to communication through the website faster. I sent a message through the website about purchasing a cargo box that was on sale- it took 3 days to get a reply, and I was asked to make an appointment for the purchase. OK- no problem. Set up the appt. for the earliest I could; showed up, had the box put on my car, and was at the register ready to pay when the employee rudely states "Yeah, that sale ended 'yesterday', it was the longest I've ever seen that sale last." "Yesterday". Cool story. Turns out I didn't really need to replace my cargo box that day after all. And when I do, I'll go elsewhere."

"We came in 13 minutes before closing on our way back into town following our first road trip with our new Tesla. We planned to just have a quick look around at the used cargo box inventory but there wasn’t much and we ended up leaving with a new Thule Motion XT XL.
