"I have visited this location only once to drop of a prepaid return package. There wasn't much signage of where customers should park or where to enter. It was deserted around a warehouse building tha was fenced in chainlink. I called out and no one came out. I found a turnstyle in the chainlink fence and had to hold onto a bulky package going thru that, knock on a metal door that someone opened who looked puzzled to see me. They took my package and went inside, no receipt. Won't try that again. The 800 number was no help and only had many options except automated voice."
"Dropped off an Amazon return, I didn't get a receipt and my package completely disappeared. Created a huge issue for getting my refund. If you drop off, have them scan it in front of you and get your receipt."
"Cant wait for this entire company to go bankrupt. I mean what the point of even having tracking? Or expected delivery? How about your box smashed? Do you like smashed boxes? Or late deliveries? Guaranteed 9pm delivery right after your kids go down for bed. Or how about yall operate a company where if I want information every time I have a package shipped I dont have to call or talk with someone after 15 mins of being on the phone with a robot? How about yall just dont do the things I asked and ya just ship me my package and I can track them without having to take an hour out of my day to do something that takes 30 secs? And since youre the "owner" Im assuming you like to play the its not "local ups" thats the problem. But the problem is owners like you not speaking up against terrible service. Good day"
"I have sent 2 times a package from California. UPS DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE AREA, my son has to pay 2 times uber to go pick up his package. All I got was an alert "costumer request to pick up the package" witch is a lie, my son doesn't even have a car. I will try FedEx next time. by the way getting uber was very difficult too, not that many drivers available"
"Very happy workers, that go over the top to make sure you are taken care of as a customer. My neighbor and my address are very similar, a few accidents happened and my packages were delivered to his house. Not a huge deal but slightly inconvenient, I called to see if they could be more careful on my street and my next package came with a hand written apology and a wonderful surprise. Very impressed with you guys!"
