"I just got my bike back from JRA and I am SUPER Happy! The front derailleur wouldn't shift onto the large sprocket. (I love that one for downhill runs) They said it shouldn't be a problem and they were right. I've had the bike for 10 years and it has never had a tune up. Prior to this I've always tried to tinker with it myself but it was time for a pro. I am so glad I took it in to JRA. They went all through it and adjusted the rear derailleur as well. They also put on a new chain and even adjusted my brakes; wow, it feels like a new bike, well done!"

"Friendliest and most helpful bike shop I've been to. When my bicycle got stolen and I was searching for a new bike, I visited many bike shops in hunt for "the one". Every other store I went into tried to upsell me on things that were out of my budget or didn't align with my needs. JRA listened to my needs and explored my options with me. I walked away to think about it and contacted them the next day. They sold me the bike remotely along with the accessories I needed and had them installed and ready for me to pick up by the end of the day!"

"I received confirmation over the phone that I could drop my bike for front-wheel/handlebar/seat assembly, which is a pretty standard procedure with online bike purchases. I was told I could pick it up the next day. Upon my arrival at the service section, I heard one of the most bizarre questions I have ever encountered: whether I had come to the right shop or not. I even read aloud the number I spoke to for confirmation, lol. I asked what the problem is and was informed that the shop was pretty busy, and I had been misinformed, which can happen anytime, and I am totally fine with it. In the meantime, I answered questions and shared my full name, phone number, address, and email information to create a work order, assuming that the shop would handle the case somewhat professionally. The person creating the work order quickly agreed with the service personnel that I should be at the "end-of-the-line," and I received a work-order confirmation with pick-up date for more than 2 weeks later, which I surely did not accept. I have not heard a single "sorry" about this bad experience. Considering other reviews, I guess I had an exceptionally bad experience. However, I truly do not remember the last time I have been treated in such an amateur manner, so I had to share it with other customers."

"An ideal local bike shop experience. Bought my first bike here and have had wonderful experiences getting service on two other bikes I bought second-hand. Always helpful with questions that I walk in with. Decent selection of new bikes that is all listed on their website and a great selection of bike accessories and tools. Even when my bikes are in great shape after being serviced here and I have nothing I need I still want to come out since it's just such a nice shop."

"I went in with some brake issues and needed to have my wheel reset after it got dislodged. They were able to do it on the spot and were so nice that they didn't even charge! Will definitely be back eventually for maintenance and any other repairs that are needed."
