"I have been using 24/7 Parcel for more than 6 months now and I have been so impressed with this service! I signed up electronically - sent my documents online and received a prompt response. I never had to rush to the border to make it for picking up, my first package I picked up was like at midnight. It was also so affordable, and whenever I tell family or friends about it they're all so impressed and had no idea such a thing existed! I have never met the staff here but I bet they work so hard. None of my packages have ever gone missing or have any issues so I have not contacted them, and I usually pick my packages up either really early or really late. When I had to pickup one of my packages late, their late fees are also very reasonable. Thank you for such a wonderful option for having goods shipped, be it from family or friends from south of the border. Hope you all have a great year ahead!"

"Dissapointed in their new policy. The parcel rates have increased and now they are charging $1 per box to recycle the packaging that parcels come in. You are providing a shipment receivng service! Cardboard is part of the process. Not only does it feel like an excuse for extra fees, but it's not environmentally friendly. I've been using 24/7 parcel for a few years, but this change is making me look at alternatives."
