"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Encountered the Owner in a very displeasing way. Was working with one of his Employees about the cost of shipping and why it was apoximately $20 more than quoted at a different store. The Owner then rudely interrupted our conversation to I'm guessing to let me know how proud he was to let me know he is not franchised and that's why it is THAT much more. I appreciate his education and now I know I SHALL conduct my business elsewhere. They say first impressions are lasting."
