"My experience with Dave Roberts, everything in my account of what happened is fact. My late former husband hired Mr. Roberts as his estate attorney, and executor of said estate. Mr Erickson and I owned a home together, I procured an attorney to represent me in this matter. My intention was buying out Mr. Erickson’s interest in the home. I have a severely disabled child who does not do well with change. At first it seemed Mr. Roberts was in agreement with the amount and I moved forward securing a loan. Suddenly Mr. Roberts refused to accept correspondence or return phone calls from my attorney. And there was nothing I could do. Since the home is over 100 years old, things on the home require attention for which I needed to apply for a home equity loan. Again I hired an attorney and again Mr.Roberts refused to return calls. This is the 8th year since my late former husband’s death. I’ve had to replace a well pump, the roof is failing, the deck is a death trap. I’m having the deck replaced, and saving for a roof. My disabled son does not deserve to live in an unsafe environment because I’m held hostage here, because Mr. Roberts who took on the responsibility of being the executor but did not follow through. The death certificate was never filed, and the probate case has been archived. These are facts. I’m not sure why Mr. Roberts failed his fiduciary responsibility, I’m not sure what would compel a person not to be honest and forthright, I don’t know what he has against myself or my son. I have since found from my fourth attorney that title is still held right of survivorship. Maybe that has something to do with it. But personally I wouldn’t hire someone I couldn’t count on to handle my affairs not knowing if after I’m gone he will do it. This is my personal experience with this man."
