"​This review is deleted and I am copying it again. I began working with the Boris Davidovskiy, P.C office in March 2022 on a damage claim case with Home Depot. The issue arose when a faulty washer installation caused significant damage to my property. The actual damage was estimated around $60K. After collecting all necessary evidence, Boris began drafting a demand letter. However, the process took nearly a month, which was surprising as I had all the evidence and necessary information ready for him to use. When the demand letter was finally sent to Sedgwick (the company that handles Home Depot's claims), it was denied by someone without authority to make such a decision. Boris made no effort to bypass this person and speak with someone with more authority or to contact Home Depot directly. As a result, I feel that I wasted four months of my time and an additional $3000 on a demand letter that ultimately had no value. Overall, I was disappointed with the service I received from Boris and his firm. While I understand that the legal process can be complex and time-consuming, I believe that more could have been done to advocate for my claim and achieve a favorable outcome. The experience left me feeling like I had been robbed."
