Once he did get back to me, he gave me the excuse that he was sick and that he would be refunding part of my retainer. Guess what? That didn't happen!!! He also said that he would send me a receipt of the work rendered. That too didn't happen. It's now been over half a year and still no word from Mr Stowell. So, if this sounds like a great attorney, then Mr Stowell is your guy. If you would like a trustworthy attorney, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. I would rate Mr. Stowell less than poor."
