"This is the worst delivery company I've ever had. They messed up delivery 3 times (once said they didn't have authorization, second time made some excuse about not having right parts, and then just 'they might scratch my walls). All of this was approved and paid for by LG. They've lied (repeatedly, both drivers and customer service) they've hung up on me while putting me on 'hold' It just keeps going, 0 accountability for anyone in this company, they just say they'll do something and then you never hear from them again. Cancelling my order after a month and a half, and at least 20 hours on there customer support phone. useless"
