I really enjoyed working with him on a recent real estate transaction, and he provided great service a few years ago when my wife and I had our estate plans done. What impresses me the most is how he treats everyone like equals - very friendly and not full of himself, although he really is a powerhouse of an attorney. A few months ago I was planning on selling on of my properties without a realtor, but didn't know where to start. I consider Ryan my go-to attorney after he helped us establish a trust and addressed some old family property issues (which he resolved very quickly). If I would have used a realtor, their commission would have been over $30,000! I paid less than 1/10th of that for Ryan's services and I was able to get the property sold before I lost my capital gains tax exemption in November. Altogether he saved me $80,000, so here I am to publicly thank Ryan for his awesome work! One other thing that stood out. When there was a mixup in communications with the buyer's attorney, Ryan didn't hesitate to take responsibility for it and make it right, even though both attorneys should have acknowledged their mistake. I trust a person who is honest when it is inconvenient. Don't you?"
