"Worst transport company we have ever dealt with. GIS doesn’t return phone calls and is extremely late with delivery. I have been trying to get an address to pick up my vehicle. They gave us the wrong address via email and when lost no one would answer the phone. We have left several messages and never a call back once. Anthony Rodriguez had been the main culprit as well as the staff that answers the phone. I would stay far far away from these folks."

"I contracted with this company to move a car from New York to Seattle almost a month ago. They flaked on the pickup after postponing several times. I had made a deposit with them of $300. I have still not received my deposit back. Throughout the process, getting them to return calls has been nearly impossible. To date I have probably called a half dozen times asking for a call back since they flaked, and I have yet to receive a call back. Customer service is terrible, and so far I don't have my deposit back. ***Edit: Another week has passed without getting my refund*** Don't chance it."

"I've submitted a payment for the service of transporting a vehicle from NC to WA, I've paid about 400 bucks and 5 days later I still haven't gotten a confirmation of when is my car going to be picked up and delivered. This people were very eager to call me to tell set the booking of the service last week, but ever since I paid, I've called them 3 times and they ALWAYS say they will call me back, but never do. I'll keep you all updated on how this develops, very very bad service."
