"I write this review and would give XPO zero stars if that was an option. I booked a delivery of a mattress 9 days in advance. I was given a 4 hour window in the morning Friday 8am to 12. when the 12pm came and went I called customer service was told "Sorry my new schedule was 2pm - 7 pm". When 7pm on Friday came and went I called and was told it's still out for delivery. I went to bed at 10pm, no delivery, no call back to tell me the status of the delivery. Saturday I had to call XPO to be told sorry delivery is now scheduled for next Tuesday. I asked for a supervisor only to be hung up on. Do not use XPO if you have other options."
"Very poor customer service and I don't understand why Samsung is still working with them. Delayed my delivery and then they were rude to me. Also they asked me to pick my refrigerator myself from their warehouse. I think this is how they operate very inefficiently and poorly. The other reviews also tell the same story"
"I rarely leave poor reviews of a company and typically give them the benefit of the doubt but this is my 3rd experience with XPO and it has been uniformly poor with delivery/haul away of a Fridge and Washer - both from Samsung website. Most recent experience, I purchased a microwave on Black Friday with installation and haul away. Initially selected 12/3 for delivery, was then sent an e-mail from XPO saying it needed to be rescheduled. OK, I used their website to select 12/11 then next week and received e-mail it was confirmed and on the e-mail said I would receive another phone call or communication giving me the delivery window that day. Night before, didn't receive any delivery window Cancelled my Saturday plans to spend the day waiting for the microwave. Then at close to noon already spending the morning waiting, received a automated call that they need to reschedule to 12/18!!! No explanation, no courtesy of another person calling to apologize or explain why. Very very poor customer service and the way it was handled with multiple delays, it's just a matter of managing expectations - if you can at least tell us ahead of time so that we can all budget our time as well. Not last minute TWICE with no explanation. I am now writing this while STILL waiting on hold now for 20+ minutes to speak to a XPO customer service representative (with reportedly 0 customers ahead of me in the line/queue....). This is ridiculous. Samsung products are great, I really don't know why they keep contracting out their delivery/installation services to XPO, would recommend they use a different logistics company if possible as it is ruining their customer experience. In the future I will be purchasing directly from Costco, it seems their contractor for fulfillment seems to be more reliable."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. They delayed our #Samsung fridge for a week, then no call but an update that they changed it for another 2 WEEKS. We've been without a fridge since we moved in and we have tried calling customer service, and they have hung up on us without even talking. The call options dont allow you to talk to someone and it's just a horrible experience. We had a LG washer dryer delivery from Costco who uses (guess who) the SAME delivery people and they completely ruined our vinyl floors (ripped it up) because the lazy delivery people pushed it into the space instead of carrying it, so it scraped up our floors. We just bought a BRAND NEW HOME and this is what happened. It's really upsetting as XPO's customer service is horrible and we can't contact anyone about this."
"Can't believe a company like this exists. Not even worthy of 1 star. They delivered my product 3 hours late, no phone call to explain the delay, instead I had to call them to ask when they were coming. The guy finally arrives, leaves my mattress in the garage instead of the driveway without telling me i'd be billed $123 for the item being placed in the garage instead of the driveway. I call the company and spoke to 3 different people before finally getting the manager. The manager didn't do anything except waste my time by making poor excuses for the driver and attempting to give a ridiculous explanation of the delay. Basically said he can't do anything and to contact the mattress company instead. WOW."
